Beef in Red Wine with Lentils
Sauce [Water, Lentil (10%), Onion, Italian Red Wine (9%) (Sulphites), Carrot, Unsmoked Streaky Bacon with Added Water [Pork, Water, Salt, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate)], Tomato Paste, Beef Stock [Beef Stock, Salt], Garlic Puree, Thickener (Carob Gum), Salt, Colour (Plain Caramel), Thyme, Ground Black Pepper], Beef (36%), Mushroom

Microwave
Gently squeeze and shake the pouch for 10 seconds, then make a small tear in each side of the pouch. Heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds on high (CAT E 750W), then remove the top of the pouch and stir. Heat for a further 1 minute before serving. Alternatively warm in a saucepan or enjoy cold.

First impression not as much meat as expected and a little salty for my taste, but after adding a handful of mushrooms, it was delicious. I put it in a bowl and ate it with a spoon. I added chunky veg to my next one and it served two of us. Much better than supermarket ready meals and more filling without adding carbs. I was pleasantly surprised so now have a few in the cupboard.
