My first week on Shake That Weight. So far really coping well on the total plan. I’ve only ever had the bars and shakes before. This time I’m having a breakfast of porridge or musli and honestly really enjoying it. Also the meals at night have really surprised me. I thought I’d hate them and they are ok. I feel like I’m having a meal with my husband rather than just sitting there with a shake or bar.i have added kale or broccoli to dinner and that’s helped too. It’s helping me to stay focused and try hard to loose 3 stone.

I have tried several different shakes from different companies and have always come back to Shake that Weight. Not only are the shakes yummy, the slightly frothy nature makes it feel indulgent and means you feel fuller for longer, which is always a bonus. I have even frozen them to make ice cream and they work fairly well there too. I wouldn't want to consider another company and will come back again. They turn up quickly and have plenty of choice. Generally, I go strawberry but the other flavours are good too. I would totally recommend.
