I only buy the meals, which are very good, I also bulk the meal out with approx. 75g of boiled rice as it helps to provide a filling meal. I have not tried every product but I have tried the crisps, I have to say they are quite expensive at £1.70 for a 25g packet and also the chocolate and wafer products are quite expensive, but I must assume that is because of the processes used to follow the diet program.

I reached my target weight six months ago and have not gained a single lb since. I continue to start every day with Shake that Weight porridge and will often have a shake That Weight Bar for lunch, then eating a sensible meal in the evenings. The Berry yoghurt is one of my favourite deserts - sometimes half a portion with a scoop of ice cream - delicious!
