Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice
Sauce (45%) [Diced Onion, Water, Diced Carrot, White Wine Vinegar, Diced Red Pepper, Erythritol Sweetener, Tapioca Starch, Tomato Paste, Salt, Ground Paprika, Mild Madras Curry Powder (Coriander, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cumin, Chilli Powder, Ginger, Cassia, Black Pepper, Cloves),Paprika Extract (Vegetable oil)] Chicken (43%), Brown Rice.

Microwave
Gently squeeze and shake the pouch for 10 seconds, then make a small tear in each side of the pouch. Heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds on high (CAT E 750W), then remove the top of the pouch and stir. Heat for a further 1 minute before serving. Alternatively warm in a saucepan or enjoy cold.

I find it easier to heat in a saucepan than trying to get hot food out of the packet once it has been in the microwave. It tastes lovely and is very filling.

The sweet and sour chicken with rice has a very nice flavour, with a hint of smoke. It definitely doesn't taste like diet food and it's handy that you can store it in the cupboard, on hand for a quick evening meal.
