It is so easy to make your shakes in the Blue Shaker, just add water or milk to your choice of shake and shake it till blended. It is very easy to clean in warm soapy water and rinse well.

Always nice to get something free but this is extremely effective, definitely no lumps. I would just query if it needs to be so big. Given the quantity of the shake, would a shaker half the size not work just as well, handier for taking out on the go.

Invaluable- I would not be enjoying the shakes made from powder and water without the shaker. I add an ice cube or two and always make sure my shakes are cold. You can make up your shake an hour or so In advance and pop into the fridge to chill. I have been on this diet for 12 days now religiously and have lost 9lbs so far.

The shaker is very handy and mixes things very well with a 20 - 30 second shake. My only point would be smaller unit measures on the side as i use it to measure out water/milk and have to guess between the 100 and 150 marker
