I am a fussy eater so being able to customise the meals I have each day really suited me. I have been following the plan as a kick start into my diet journey and have lost 7lb so far. I am at the age where weight loss seems more difficult. Following the plan and seeing results so quickly has restored my motivation to continue whereas on other plans, I felt I was getting nowhere. Will definitely do another 2 weeks as a boost when I need it.

Doing the total plan for two weeks has given me a chance to try out so many different meal replacements. I am convinced there is something for everyone. I personally prefer the meals, such as the curry noodles or the spag bol and the breakfast items to the shakes, but the caramel biscuit shake is a definite favourite nd I still have loads left to try!

These are working really well for me. I have lost 9lbs in 3 weeks. Everything tastes great and it’s good having actual food to eat. The only thing is I do get a bit of an upset tummy on some of the chocolate based things, but I think that’s a me thing rather than a product thing

Over a stone off in 4 weeks only downside when reordering many favourites not available, by this time you’ve sorted out what you like and dislike , I don’t go for meals myself but like soups wish there was a tomato one !
