I've recently purchased 10 sachets of various flavoured shakes. I've only tried the strawberry one atm & it was really lovely. I can't wait to try the other flavours. I think I will use a bit more milk with the others as it was a bit thick for me but nonetheless still delicious.

I only buy the meals, which are very good, I also bulk the meal out with approx. 75g of boiled rice as it helps to provide a filling meal.
I have not tried every product but I have tried the crisps, I have to say they are quite expensive at £1.70 for a 25g packet and also the chocolate and wafer products are quite expensive, but I must assume that is because of the processes used to follow the diet program.
