Although I’ve already written a review. I had an issue with Royal Mail on the delivery with 23 items missing. I spoke with Natasha who resolved the problem immediately, sending out replacements and handling the issue with the Royal Mail. The customer service was second to none. Well done guys.

The shakes are tasty, filling and good value and do work if you keep on the plan. Excellent service for yet another order and still my go to diet for shedding the unwanted pounds.

They arrived well packaged and on time. The bars are bigger than expected and very filling. I haven't been hungry since using them. The taste is also superior to other bars I have used in the past. I particularly like the peanut ones and the chocolate cookie ones. I have lost over 3lb this week and have been having a sensible low calorie, low carb evening meal. I'm over 68yrs and had been finding it hard to shift the weight.

Lovely tasty shake flavours . I always keep a selection of shakes , pea soup, plain oatmeal porridge and bars at home. This helps me to keep my weight down .I even gift some to a friend in the USA and she says these flavours are excellent , and the better than what she is able to purchase there . Delivery is fast , customer service is friendly helpful and attend to matters quickly. My only complaint is being sent of a Collagen drink( freebie ) that wasn’t vegetarian. As I buy some discounted products as well as full price , the basket price is reasonable.

The shakes are actually the best TDR shakes that ive tasted and also the chicken soup. The bars are acceptable. Customer service always good. But unfortunately the fact that so many of the shakesand soups are out stock and for a long time let's the company down.

I've recently started on Shake the Weight 800 calories per day plan. The meals do taste nice and the bars really help. I have done a simular diet with another company, however their meals didn't taste as nice and they were a lot more expensive. Just be aware you need to order on a weekday and the express delivery is only delivered on a weekday! I've done less than a week and lost 6 pounds so far!

Great if you’re motivated to stick to the plan. Most of the products are pretty good with the exception of the instant meals that you add either water or milk too. Bearable for a short while but couldn’t use them long term,
