Great shakes, I mostly have chocolate but tried Caramel Biscuit and it is really yummy. I would like to use the vegan ones but they had a flowry texture so didn't like. Wonderful product for serious weight loss.

I love the lunch and dinner options but unfortunately the breakfast options are far too sweet. Even the omelette is sweet. However the soups and meals are quite tasty and surprisingly filling.

I am on day 5 of my 800 plan and am really enjoying the food The chocolate porridge is my breakfast fave. The milkshake's are so thick, creamy and tasty. I love the lemon cheesecake one the most. I really like most of the shake the weight products. The new curry sauce an rice is really nice after first tome trying it. The bars are nice and convenient annd the shakes that u can mix with water are really helpful. Defo recommend
