Meal Replacement Shakes Q&As
We have a range of shakes mixed with skim milk and some mixed with water as indicated on the product pages. To meet the 200kcal guidelines stated, our 'with milk' shakes are best when mixed with skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk – If you wish to mix a 'with milk' using water, then they will be around 125 calories. You can see the nutritional information "per sachet" in the table on the product page.
That includes the calories from the skimmed milk.
Many Type-2 diabetics use our products to reverse their diagnosis. You should consult your GP about your personal circumstances.
Most of our range excluding the vegan meal replacement shakes and our white chocolate raspberry shake are free from artificial sweeteners, and we are working hard to make our range completely free of artificial sweeteners.
For weight loss, we recommend you replace two main daily meals with our meal replacement shakes but you can have upto 4 per day if you follow our Total plan.
